By using LaunchBuzzer you agree to these terms. If you're using it for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization.
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
You own the pages, emails, and data you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process them to run the service.
Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; your plan limits (subscribers, monthly emails) apply as shown at checkout.
You're responsible for having permission to email your contacts and for compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GASMA, GDPR). We may pause sending that threatens deliverability for all users.
The LaunchBuzzer platform, brand, and software are ours. These terms don't grant you rights to them beyond using the service.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can export your data before closing an account.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
