LaunchBuzzer runs on reputable cloud infrastructure (AWS) with managed, regularly-patched services and isolated environments for production data.
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Sensitive data — including SMTP and API credentials — is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Sign in with email + password or Google. We support optional two-factor authentication, and passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.
Custom domains are authenticated with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC, and we send from warmed, verified senders to protect deliverability and prevent spoofing.
Internal access to production follows least-privilege, is logged, and is limited to staff who need it. Campaign roles let you control who on your team can do what.
You control your subscriber data. We act as a processor, never sell it, and offer export and deletion. See our Privacy Policy.
We monitor for anomalies, rate-limit abuse, and back up critical data so it can be restored.
