We collect information you give us — your account details (name, email, password), billing data (processed by Stripe), and the content you create (pages, emails, lists). We also collect your subscribers' data that you upload or capture, which you control as the data controller.
To provide and improve the service, send the emails you schedule, secure accounts, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate product updates. We do not sell your data or your subscribers' data.
We process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent where required, and for legitimate interests like security and product improvement.
We share data only with processors that run the service — e.g. cloud hosting, email-sending infrastructure (AWS SES), and payments (Stripe) — under data-processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
If you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox to send outreach campaigns, LaunchBuzzer requests Google OAuth access limited to sending email through your connected mailbox via SMTP. We access Gmail data only to authenticate and send the messages you compose in LaunchBuzzer — we do not read, search, export, or otherwise access the content of your inbox, sent mail, contacts, or any other Gmail data.
Your Google refresh token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used solely to obtain short-lived access tokens for sending. It is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. You can revoke LaunchBuzzer's access at any time from your connected mailbox in Settings, or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. LaunchBuzzer's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use essential cookies for sign-in and a small set of analytics cookies. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser or our cookie banner.
Depending on your region (GDPR/CCPA), you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@launchbuzzer.com to exercise these.
We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
